Nomad Set Breakfast
Any style of egg (omelette, scramble, poached, sunny side-up, turn over) with sauteed mushroom button, grilled tomato, bacon and toasted bread.
Egg Benedict
Poached egg on bed of ham & brioche topped with Hollandaise Sauce.
Egg Florentine
Poached egg on bed of spinach & brioche, topped with Hollandaise Sauce.
Pancake
Served with honey, fresh fruit and butter.
Muesli
Oatmeal, honey, sliced fruit, yoghurt and orange sauce topped with chopped cashed nut.
Fruit Salad
Sliced of mixed fruit with yoghurt and honey.
